Free trial
Every eligible new shop gets a 7-day free trial, once per account. No card is needed. The start and end dates come from our server and appear on the Subscription plans page.
Paying, start and expiry
- You pay through Paystack’s secure page. We never see your full card number.
- Your plan starts only after our server checks the payment with Paystack — not just because you reached the “success” page.
- A monthly plan lasts one month, a yearly plan one year. Your end date is on the Subscription plans page.
- Plans do not renew automatically. Renew by paying again. You can tap “Stop my plan at the end date” to stop reminders.
- When a plan ends, paid features are limited but your records are never deleted.
- Keep the Paystack reference from your receipt email.
Paid but not activated?
Wait a few minutes and reopen Subscription plans. If it is still not active, contact support with category “Subscription and billing” and your Paystack reference. Do not pay a second time.
