Questions
When does my free trial start?
Your 7-day trial starts when your shop is created. No card is needed. Each account gets one trial only.
What happens when my trial or plan ends?
Nothing is deleted. You get 3 extra days, then online orders, alerts and My LIVE Business pause until you pay. You can still see and edit your products, customers, orders and balances.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. MY SALESGIRL does not save your card or charge you by itself. You pay each month or year from this page, and we remind you before your plan ends.
How do I pay?
Tap a plan and pay safely with Paystack using card, bank transfer or USSD. Your plan starts as soon as Paystack confirms the payment.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Paying for a different plan starts that plan from the day you pay. Paying for the same plan early adds the time to your current end date.
How do I cancel?
Simply do not renew. Your plan stays active until its end date. You can also tap "Stop my plan at the end date" to stop reminders.
Terms
- Prices are in Nigerian Naira and include all charges shown at Paystack checkout.
- Plans last 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly) from the payment date.
- Renewal is manual. There is no automatic charging.
- You can stop at any time by not renewing. Payments already made are not refunded for unused days.
- Your records are never deleted when a plan ends.
