What happens

1. Our team checks the request comes from your signed-in account.
2. We remove your sign-in, shop, products, pictures, customers and orders.
3. Payment and subscription records may be kept where the law or payment disputes require it.
4. Backups and copies held by Paystack, Google, WhatsApp or Telegram may remain for a time under their own rules.
5. Deletion is done by our team, not instantly. Track progress in My requests.
